Synopsis
It is set in a world where some people are born magical and where until recently, these people have been condemned by society.
Now a government has an agency to look after the orphanage where the magical children grow up.
We follow a civil servant that goes to a special house, on an island, where he has to stay a month to write a report, instead of his usual one day visit.
He discovers that they are growing with love and he discovers he has love in his heart as well - so that they deserve better than what society and its prejudices inflicts on them.

My take
It's a cute story about social change, with funny characters ( especially a young anti-christ who is just a 6 years old kid )
