Null State

Following the events of Infomocracy, side characters now are the main protagonists. The story happens in Darfour, where there's suspicion about Information as well as old habits that die hard. The protagonists discover that there are people abusing of the system. And also there's a war brewing with nations, and micro-democracies do not have an army yet. 

It's interesting as it is touching at the limits of micro-democracy as well as exemplifying how systems take time to change culture
